The crew behind the checklist

Climbkit started in 2019 with one van, two cleaners and a stubborn idea: cleaning goes wrong when nobody owns the outcome. So we built the whole company around crews that do.

Crews, not rosters

Most cleaning companies dispatch whoever is free. We don’t. Every Climbkit cleaner belongs to a fixed three-person crew with a lead who owns a set of addresses. Your crew learns your home the way a good mechanic learns your car — and their lead signs their name to every visit.

All of our people are directly employed — EPF, SOCSO, paid leave, real training. It costs more than the gig model. It’s also why our crews stay for years and our clients’ keys stay in the same hands.

What we hold ourselves to

If it’s on your checklist, it gets done or you hear why before we leave — never after you find it yourself.

No silent misses

Quotes are flat and stay flat for a year. If a job turns out harder than we scoped, that’s our lesson to absorb, not your bill.

Our quote, our risk

Bathroom cloths never touch kitchens. Colour-coding isn’t a marketing line; a lead can fail a visit over it.

Hygiene discipline

Where we work

Home base is Setia Alam — our office and supply store sit on Jalan Setia Prima Q. Crews cover Shah Alam, Klang, Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau and Subang Jaya daily. Nearby areas are often possible; the contact form is the fastest way to check.
