The clean that stands between you and your deposit — or between you and someone else’s dust. One intensive visit brings an empty unit to the standard agents actually inspect against.

What the visit covers

  • Kitchen cabinets emptied wipe-down, inside and out
  • Hob, hood, oven exterior and sink fully degreased
  • Bathrooms descaled — shower screens, taps, floor traps
  • Interior windows, frames, tracks and security grilles
  • Wardrobes, shelving and storage wiped inside
  • All floors machine-vacuumed then double-mopped
  • Doors, switches, railings and skirting hand-wiped

Moving in instead? Same scope, run before your boxes arrive — the only chance you’ll ever get to clean an apartment with nothing in it.

Pricing that follows floor area

From RM 420 for units up to 1,100 sq ft; larger homes quoted per square foot after a quick photo or video walkthrough over WhatsApp. If your agent supplies an inspection checklist, we work to that list and photograph each completed item.

Good to know

Book at least four working days ahead of your handover date — that leaves room for a free touch-up if the agent flags anything.

Timing

The unit should be empty or nearly empty. Cleaning around packed boxes roughly doubles the time and we’d rather not bill you for that.

Preparation

Keys can be collected from your agent or guardhouse directly. Handling is logged, photographed and returned the same day.
