After-Renovation Dust Removal

Contractors sweep up and leave. Then the real problem starts: cement and plaster dust hangs in the air and keeps settling for weeks. One clean never fixes it — which is why ours comes in two passes.

Pass one: the strip-out

Heavy debris, paint spots, cement splatter and adhesive residue come off first. HEPA vacuums work every surface top-down — ceiling corners, light fittings, grilles, window tracks, cabinet interiors — before floors are scraped, vacuumed and mopped twice.

Pass two: the settle-catch

Three to five days later, after airborne dust has landed, a second crew visit wipes every horizontal surface again and re-mops throughout. This is the pass most companies skip — and the reason their clients are still wiping grey film off shelves a month later.
