Questions we hear a lot

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. Every crew arrives with its own vacuum, mops, cloths and cleaning agents. If someone in your household is sensitive to fragrance or you prefer a specific product, tell us when booking and we’ll use yours instead.

Can the crew clean while nobody is home?

Yes — most of our weekly clients hand over access after the second or third visit. Key and access-card handling is logged, and the same crew lead stays assigned to your address, so you always know who was inside.

How are your cleaners vetted?

Everyone on a Climbkit crew is a directly employed staff member, not a gig worker. We verify identity documents, run reference checks and pair new hires with a senior lead for their first two months.

What happens if something gets damaged during a visit?

We carry liability cover of RM2 million. Report the issue within 48 hours and we’ll repair or replace the item. In seven years we’ve needed to do this fewer than a dozen times.

Which areas do you cover?

Our crews are based in Setia Alam and travel across Shah Alam, Klang, Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau and Subang Jaya. For addresses outside that ring, send us a message and we’ll confirm availability.

Can I skip or reschedule a visit?

Yes. Weekly and fortnightly plans can skip or move a visit with one working day of notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations are charged at half the visit rate, because the crew slot is already reserved.
